Refund & Returns Policy

Before placing an order with ACE Ultra Premium, we encourage you to thoroughly research the product you’re interested in. If you need additional information, our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service team is available to help you choose the right vaporizer.


Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund—approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as posting delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@acecarts.us.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the returned item is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the purchaser, a refund will be issued to the original buyer.


Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
  • For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
